THROUGH JULY 2: OKLAHOMA!
If you love the experience of a fully staged Broadway production but curse venturing into Boston, emptying your piggy bank for parking, finding decent dining without four dollar signs next to its name and then adding tickets that cost three digits for each one, note!!! Broadway has landed back in Waltham this summer at The Reagle Music Theatre of Greater Boston that is easily located at 617 Lexington St. in Waltham... with free parking and near a number of great restaurants. For 58 years the theater has been bringing quality productions. Currently, the multiple, award-winning Reagle Music Theatre is presenting RODGERS & HAMMERSTEIN'S beloved classic OKLAHOMA! With Music by Richard Rodgers and Book and Lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein, the production, originally inspired by the play "Green Grow the Lilacs" by Lynn Riggs, was the first modern musical produced on Broadway.
